You can sew or glue them. Answers MCP is not sewn. If you have decided to wear a patch on the shirt, you can do yourself (with hot glue or superglue) or leads to the local track or equipment to do for them.

Yes they can. You could get sewed for you, Pro jerseys sewn and glued.

Collage is easiest if you have the correct adhesive, however. I think the patch (If you get the arms, which can be purchased separately) comes with her in the back, simply press into heat.
